Following Funko's Good, Better, Best model, I strategically partnered with vendors to meet business needs, including special projects with an accelerated 3-month production timeline—significantly reducing the standard 120-day lead time. This agile collaboration ensured timely delivery of high-quality, in-demand fashion backpacks, supporting the company’s rapid market responsiveness. Special projects included but were not limited to Web & Con Exclusives, Macy's Parade, mass channels and mall stores (Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Target, and Walmart), and small mom-and-pop shops (707 Street, Circle of Hope, Kennedy Space Center).
